George was the second real estate agent we worked with to sell my elderly (85) mother's house. Those in this position understand the challenges associated with supporting a parent transitioning into a retirement village. George's demeanour quickly got mum 'on side' which was half the battle. Because mum trusted George, and knew he had her best interests in mind - our job was so much easier because mum said 'whatever George thinks'. Mum was reassured that George was looking out for her and getting the best outcome for her. His ability to communicate some things which needed attention was excellent, so where the kids had no luck George was able to talk mum through the benefits of why some things should be done a certain way.
