Prior to deciding to sell our first investment property, it was clear from the outset that there was a #1 agent in Langwarrin who was getting results & getting results quick. 2 Opens in the space of 4 days, nearly 50 groups through, and it was all over. It was all possible because of Dan; Dan’s Facebook video, Dan’s negotiating skills, Dan’s recommendation of a fabulous local stylist & because Dan is just so good at the real estate game. Dan managed to do all of this despite having an interstate wedding to attend for our first open, something that made us nervous at the time, but I actually think it worked in our favor. Don’t let an agent tell you that another agent having an assistant is a bad thing. Good (the best) agents need assistants, you don't want them getting bogged down with time wasters and paperwork, you want them to do what they do best which is negotiate with qualified buyers to get the best price for you, the vendor. The lovely Teah allows Dan to do this & get the job done. It was also the fact that Dan did have an assistant that we were able to still run with our first open and not push it back a week, which we already had done to avoid Australia Day weekend. Ash Marton is a company that are doing things different, a better way which is clearly working. Through good marketing, Facebook & alternative strategies such as video streaming they (& Dan!) turned our first selling experience into a fun and enjoyable experience. At the end of the day I know Dan was always on our side & I know he got us a result that no one else would have come close to achieving.
