Having never sold a property before, I was slightly nervous about putting our house on the market. We had been constantly changing our minds on whether to sell or not. I got Dan over for a valuation and I immediatly felt comfortable with him. We didn't put the house on the market straight away but Dan would call every now and again to touch base and see how we were going. When we decided to sell, we were realistic about the price we would get and confident that Dan would do his best to achieve the best possible price. Dan well and truely exceeded our expections with selling our house in a week and a half and getting well over the advertised price. We could not be any happier with Dan and the service he provided. He is also helping us look for our new house which is comforting to know we have him there if we have any queries.It is not often that you come accross people his age with such drive and ambition, its really great to see.

Ash fulfilled all my expectations. From advising on how to display the house for open for inspections right through to a sale within 10 days at the price I was hoping to get. Not only was Ash spot on with everything to do with the sale, the follow up, after sale, has been excellent as well. I would not recommend any other agent than Ash Marton Realty.

Daniel was very gentle in easing me through the process. He knew I was a nervous seller and so kept me in the loop at all times, and made things very easy for me. My home sold in one weekend, for a fantastic price. All the staff at Ash Marton I have dealt with are friendly and helpful. I am only sorry I am moving interstate and therefore cannot use them to buy a property.

From the moment I met Dan I knew I wanted him to sell our unit, He was friendly, approachable, enthusiastic all the qualities I was looking for. Tia, Dan's assistant was a lovely girl that I found great to deal with & always very helpful. Dan's communication was brilliant, he calls you often, after each open for inspection days he would call as soon as it was over & inform you how it went which I really liked.
