I have previously bought and sold property through Ash. When I decided to sell this property I got quotes from others but decided to stick with Ash. I am glad I did. Rather than rush the property onto the market an extra week was taken to ensure all marketing aspects were covered, presentation was ready and all documentation required was ready to go. The result, 3 written offers from the first open, one of which was accepted and settlement occurred 40 days later. This is the same process experienced with the first property sold.
