We interviewed 5 agents for the sale of my fathers house. Kim was the most impressive, but the price she was aiming for was 15% above the others. After a second interview, we felt confident Kim could do what she said. And she did! Great communication, advised us how to proceed with negotiations and had the deal done quickly. As the owner of the agency, Kim doesn’t have to defer to others for approval or advice. Ashwoods commission rates were the best as well - why would you pay more?
