About BEN

Prior to Real Estate, Ben was a professional Motocross and Supercross rider where he travelled Australia and the world competing and representing his country. Ben had his first race on his 4th birthday and chased his childhood dream for many years. After multiple injuries and many sacrifices, Ben decided to retire from professional racing at age 19. His competitive nature and hardworking attitude led him into real estate where he started handing out flyers to holidaymakers. He spent weeks delivering flyers which then earned him a position in the office. Ben started on Reception and worked his way through to Property Officer, Leasing Agent, Property Manager then Bens's dream of working within a sales team came to fruition. There he learnt the art of selling, the art of negotiation and how to manage what is most people’s most valuable asset. Ben quickly created a network of clients who will continue to look to Ben for all of their real estate needs. Ben is an experienced and natural negotiator, he has set multiple records across the Port Stephens region and has quickly become one of the most desired property advisors in the area which has led him into the creation of Aspect Port Stephens.

Being the son of Bruce Gair a prominent figure in the Real Estate Industry, meant from day one he was learning the art of the deal. Determined to create his own path and doing an incredible job at that, Jack is as hardworking as they come. Behind his hardworking & energetic demeanour lies a likeable character that has his clients gravitating towards him out of choice, not necessity. Knowledgeable, communicative and polite.

Ben and his team did an excellent job of selling my home. I wasn’t sure about employing the Aspect team at first but upon meeting Ben my opinion changed. Ben has a lot experience and knowledge for such a young person. Extremely polite, nothing was a problem. I would recommend Ben and his Aspect team for any further sale or purchase. Consummate professional

I can recommend Jack without a seconds thought. Jacks knowledge of the Port Stephens region is excellent. He guided me to what to expect in certain areas, amenities etc, school holiday crowds and in my case future retirement spots. Jack kept me up to date from my first offer to closing the deal and getting the right place for me. For ease of buying , knowledge and follow up Jacks the man to contact.

Ben was excellent! Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Ben was amazing! He respected our timeline from the beginning, he helped us not only with purchasing a property; offering advice the whole way through and then was there ready to jump when it was time for us to sell. He got us an incredible result and sold within 55 hours of going live!! No open home, just a solid deal and we were over the moon. He was so professional, kept us so well informed and was so kind and supportive through the entire process. We would hands down recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Aspect and Ben truly do things differently and you won’t find better in Port Stephens.
