Commitment to both vendor and purchaser

We had a very positive experience with Dane and Erin from PRD. From our first enquiries replies were prompt and professional. All questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. They were also patient and understanding of our circumstances especially being out of area buyers. Dane took time on a Sunday to allow us an inspection which suited our work commitments and need to travel. At no stage were Dane or Erin 'pushy' or rushing us and we felt comfortable during the negotiation process. They were professional yet friendly until we exchanged and also since then. We would highly recommend Dane and Erin from PRD Port Stephens to potential vendors and also buyers to deal with regarding property sale and purchase.

Excellent experience purchasing our Dream Home

We just purchased our dream home in Salamander Bay with the help and expertise of Dane and Rory from PRD Port Stephens. From day one they were super responsive and very knowledgeable, arranging private inspections around our availability. This was a BIG decision; it is a massive sea change for us. We are leaving Sydney after 52 years. What stood out was their patience and honesty - we never felt rushed or pressured - thank you for ensuring everything ran smoothly and making our dream home a reality.
