From the very start of the selling process, Ben called when he said he would and followed through on every promise made. The team was punctual at every open home, and called directly after to advise on how it went in detail. This was followed up by a full written report during the week after each open home. Although it turned into a more drawn out process than was expected, Ben stayed so positive, even when I was beginning to doubt a sale would happen. Once he found my lovely purchasers, he facilitated a fast settlement so I wouldn’t have to resort to using bridging finance for which I am very grateful.
