We chose Alan and Tracey to sell the property for my father in law, being referred by a friend who just bought off Alan. As William was apprehensive about the whole idea of leaving the family home we needed an agent who was sensitive to his needs as well as get a good outcome to the sale. I feared having many weeks of open homes and disruption to everyday living for William, but that was not the case, They showcased the home with an excellent presentation and were able to achieve an outcome that was suitable and swift, perhaps took us a little by surprise how quick. But Alan was able to assist us with contacts for the Removal and this went reasonable smoothly as possible considering the circumstances. I know if we are ever looking at selling or buying we will use Alan and Tracey Nash again.

Alan and Tracey were great to deal with for the purchase of our new home in Mountain Creek. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating when we were making an offer.
