Recently we chose Annie Ness from Aspire Real Estate to sell our property in Kiels Mountain. We were very impressed with Annie’s knowledge of acreage properties in our area . We found her to be very professional at all times and nothing was too much to ask of her. It did not take Annie very long at all to find a purchaser for our property after only 3 open homes in a very difficult time with COVID 19 and buyers not sure what the future of the real estate market was . We were very happy with Annie’s final result for us and would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their acreage property.

Friendly, professional service
We purchased our house through Annie without seeing it in person! Due to COVID we were unable to travel to QLD to view the property so Annie kindly took us on a virtual tour and allowed friends to view the property on our behalf. Nothing was a problem for her, including letting in the removalists whilst we were still interstate and also being able to provide recommendations for tradespeople etc. once we arrived. Her knowledge of the area gave us the confidence to make the purchase and now we have moved in we could not be happier.

Very Tenacious
We have known Annie for many years. As very fussy buyers we found Annie very patient when finding us our perfect home at Kiels Mountain. There was no question about calling on Annie again when it was time to sell. As the seller we found her very knowledgeable of the current market and were very happy with her appraisal of our home.
