Sam is a top performer. He is comfortable talking to people from all walks of life, possess a deep understanding of the area in which he operate. As a seller or buyer, it can be stressful dealing with an agent who’s not a great communicator. The real estate market is time-sensitive, so you need an agent like Sam who constantly keeps you in the loop about your current buying or selling situation. He made our buying process and journey very smooth and pleasant. As a proactive agent he is keeping the vendor and buyer well informed throughout the process. He is quite good in reading his clients , and adapt his approach accordingly. I found Sam to be a great listener who suss out the clients preferred method of communication, so that they don’t feel ignored by silence, nor pressured by too much communication. Buying and selling houses can be stressful and it’s important for the agent to make sure that the client is feeling supported and happy. Sam will always have their clients needs as his top priority and make sure they are supported.
