Anna is the most genuine vendors agent in the North shore! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Initially, I had planned to bring the property to market, but thanks to Anna’s exceptional skills, extensive network, and deep understanding of the market, she secured a sale before I even needed to spend a cent on advertising. Anna’s professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout the process were second to none. Despite of recent sales by other agents with very low price, Anna has still achieved a record price which is well above my expectation and she delivered a seamless, stress-free experience. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome, I highly recommend Anna Chow!

Anna was extremely well-prepared and professional on our first meeting. Before putting the property on the market, she gave us excellent advice and organised an ideal support team — including photography, advertising, promotion, physical preparation, etc. Once the property was listed, Anna utilized her extensive contacts to bring in the best clientele. She provided an excellent vendor's report after each open house that was always detailed and extremely useful. Her efforts enabled us to sell before auction, at a good price. I recommend Anna highly to anyone thinking of selling a house in this area.

Thank Anna for her professionalism, enthusiasm, diligent and honest throughout the process. This is the fourth property that Anna has sold for me. Her multi-lingual with skilled negotiation led to the delivery of another highly successful sale for me. I highly recommend Anna to all vendors who want to sell their properties with top price.

Homes they don’t sell themselves. Real estate agents are not all the same. If you are considering selling, do yourself a favor, and choose Anna and Jacob. They never stop working until your property gets sold.
