My experience with Karyn Fairbanks was very good, to the point that my property (a 3 bedroom townhouse in Dinmore) sold for an estate record, beating the previous highest price for a similar property by $35,000. It was on the market for 13 months, and in that time Karyn regularly advised me by email about the interest in the property. Her people skills and knowledge of the market are exemplary.
