Our experience with Karyn we found she was not professional in regards to buying our investment home. We emailed Karyn Contract Offer for the property we were buying from her with our best offer , she called us next day stating there were few pages missing. We requested her to email missing pages so we can initial them, we were told that her email was not working so she has to come to our place to get initials on missing pages. That sounded very strange to us. Karyn's main purpose to meet us was to convince us to increase our offer to $10,000 more so we dont lose that property. We also found Karyn only targets investors to sell properties , in return she wants investors to give her their property to manage. Once our price was accepted by seller her email was working.
