My Best House Selling Experience Ever!
Oresti Astras has a long and vast knowledge of real estate on the Gold Coast... His Agency signs dominate my area... Uniquely he has an agency in his own right and has kept it this way ...ensuring nothing but the highest quality of service and experience... I cannot rate Oresti and his Agency more highly...His professionalism and honesty and Integrity are second to none... Initially I had my home listed with one of the big name Agencies with all the pomp and promise at no avail after 5 months... Oresti had sold the house next to mine and shortly after he had another for sale in my street. I called him explaining my plight and explained I had my heart set on another property subject to mine selling but now I was running out of time... Oresti was absolutely FANTASTIC assuring me he would sell my property In the short period of time I had left. Within weeks I had a firm contract with a second contract as a backup. Oresti organised everything The gardener the pool cleaner the tree looper the pool fence compliance company the building and pest and locksmiths He also gave me professional advice with regard costings for the purchase of my next property and the sale of this one... Extremely knowledgeable agent
Oresti certainly knows the local area. He has been a resident for a number of years and we think he knows every property in the Robina and Clear Island area. He was extremely helpful with us and was always contactable when we had a query. Our sale was achieved in 2 weeks at a time when the market was quite. One Of The Best Agents On The Gold Coast
We have now used Oresti and his team several times to buy and sell property through. The last sale that he recently achieved for us was in a very difficult market but even though times were tough for sellers, Oresti achieved great turnout at open homes for the four weeks that we had it on the market before he achieved a record price for a low set on the water in Clear Island Waters.
