Smooth and awesome experience

I’ve been absolutely blown away by the team at Astute Realty! From my very first interaction, Tammy and her team were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. They guided me through every step of the process with clear communication and genuine care. A huge thank you to Amanda for her patience and for always taking the time to answer my many questions. When I had to move out on short notice, Astute didn’t miss a beat, an open home was arranged the next day, and the property was leased within a week! Smooth relocation!
I recently moved into a new rental property and had the pleasure of working with Kate. From the very beginning, she made the settling-in process smooth and stress-free. When I experienced an issue with the gas and hot water, they acted quickly and efficiently to have it resolved, saving me a lot of hassle. Their professionalism, prompt communication, and genuine care for tenants really stood out to me. Best rental experience
Julia and the team from Astute Reality have been so kind and helpful through cyclones, floods and some pretty extreme events in the last year. I am extremely grateful for their calm , considerate can do approach and for making my tenant journey so easy. I had to break lease due to family circumstances and Julia made the whole process smooth and found someone to take over the lease immediately.
