Harcourts have been managing my property for 3 years. During this time I have found their service excellent. The agents are very responsive on communications and also with dealing with any maintenance issues. Inspections and reports are always carried out on schedule and I find there service to be good value for money.

I thought of taking 2 weeks to rent out my house but it took 1 month, I'm not sure why it is so difficult to rent out my brand new house... thanks for the agent picking up my stuff for me at my house..... please make sure having good policy for tenants' paying of rent (they didn't pay the first month rent in full and the agent hasn't told me exactly what's the policy on this)....please make sure to check my house condition in a strict manner as those tenants have 2 pets.
