Harcourts have been amazing, last year was a terrible year for my investment property as I had damages from previous tenants, they also stopped paying rent so I had to vacate them and my previous agency were not doing their jobs properly. Harcourts went to VCAT and helped me get my property back up to scratch for the next tenants. They organised and took care of everything for me and even recommended a new landlord insurer who would cover me better than my previous insurer. I did not have to lift a finger during this period, they are very much on top of their game and will work the hard yards for you. I'd like to especially call out Ellysse, Enza and Cam for getting me through this difficult time. I am certain that I will not run into the same issues as I did with my previous agency. My rental unfortunately was occupied by tenants who should never have the opportunity to rent other peoples property, not only did they fall behind in rent but also maliciously damage property. I am so thankful that Enza Rossitto really knows the law, legislation and regulations but more so Enza didn't need to be constantly prompted or pushed to act. Enza was very transparent and kept me informed so that I had peace of mind. When it all got too much for me to handle Enza was onto it. Her case preparation resulted in a successful outcome at VCAT. I am so relieved and thankful for all her help!
