My agent Emily is very knowledgeable about the current market prices and trends for rental properties in the area. She is very quick to organise inspections of my property between tenants and is always able to have someone ready to move in when the current lease expires. Her communication is excellent, providing details immediately of any issues with the property, gives detailed inspection reports (that are on time!) and gives regular and detailed updates when the property is up for lease. Emily is a fantastic agent.

Harcourts have been looking after our property for over 5 years now. Cameron, the director is lovely and is always helpful. The day to day activities however is highly dependent on the agent that’s managing our property at the time. There has been some really helpful agents over the years but we also encountered one or two that weren’t so great. Our current agent Emily is lovely so hopefully she’ll going to be here for a little while.
