Good Experience for first time seller
When you are making a big financial, personal, and for our family, an emotional decision to sell the family home, you want someone who is a good listener and negotiator. Darren Lambert from Harcourts and his team worked with us and kept us informed daily during the selling process and was more than happy to field questions at any time. Whilst initially there were some hiccups with the management of the property, Darren addressed then immediately and made what was a stressful process as seamless as could be.

It was a big pleasure to deal with Cameron.
Cameron did his job promptly and very efficient. He has a great market knowledge and perfect filling how to process sale in the current situation. His advice go to auction was the best and we have unbelievable result. Cameron is honest and hard-working person. He always aims to achieve best result.

Great Agent!!
Darren from Harcourt West was a great agent to work with in selling our property. He was very transparent with daily updates on the progress of the property. He made us feel very confident that we would sell the property within the time frame which was within 2 weeks, we had sold the property with a sale price that exceeded what we were hoping for .
