From our first conversation with Darren over the phone and then his initial visit, explaining the current market, his excellent knowledge of the area and surrounding suburbs, the process surrounding selling your home, advice on marketing and styling, what to expect, well to say we were blown away is an understatement. Darren, Victor and all the team have such a great friendly manner, putting us at ease and the communication on a daily basis was simply superb. The open home went so well, we only had to have one before the new owners committed to our property. Darren and his team done a wonderful job, his team help me a lot with housing preparations. And my house was sold within 2 weeks, however, the finance was failed, his team is quickly find another buyer and checking the financial stituation carefully. Long before we listed our property, we were in contact with Darren to gain his insight on what the Deer Park buyer was looking for so we could maximise our sale result. Darren continually communicated in a professional and diligent manner. The week we listed, the media was flooded with exaggerated stories of how the property market was going to crash... it was a tense time in an already emotional journey to sell the family home to begin the next chapter of our lives. Darren continually reassured us that he was doing all he could and was honest with the current downturn in market. He did however advise what we needed to do to secure a sale and we followed his lead. Fortunately this resulted in a sale at a great price that will enable us to make the sea change we had hoped for. Darren was so good in helping us with the first house we sold that we come back for his help with this one.
