Dealing with Darren was an apsalute pleasure and he made the whole process easy. My partner and I recently sold our house in Taylors lakes, it’s an older home on quite a busy road which makes things a little challenging but we never had any issues. Knowledge and understanding of the area was second to none. Darren was honest from the day he walked in the door for the appraisal to the day he put the sold sticker on the board. Cameron ran a complete end to end campaign and achieved $35,000 above my reserve. He organised EVERYTHING, from basic maintenance items such as painting and new carpets to the staging which was magnificent and suggesting I invest in a cost effective automated roll a door on the garage. This was particularly important for me because I work interstate and simply could not be in Victoria to project manage these works. He has a fantastic eye for detail and a deep understanding the vendors needs. Cameron holds your hand through the sometimes stressful sales period and above all, DELIVERS.

We live on the Gold Coast & had rental property in Derrimut for approx 8-9 years which in hindsight was being very poorly managed by another RE Agent! After many attempts we finally managed to get the tenant out in March. I travelled down for the final inspection to find the property had been trashed. We decided not to refurbish & relet but to sell. Fortunately I was introduced to Darren Lambert at Harcourts. He was able to recommend & manage a firm who carried out the entire refurbishment. He also assisted with power providers, staging specialists and conveyancors. This was greatly appreciated considering we live on the Gold Coast. I travelled down for just one more day when all the work had been carried out for another inspection before the campaign was loaded online. It was amazing what had been achieved in such a short period time. Darren was responsible for arranging & managing everything!! And now we have an unconditional contract on the property at a price at which we are very very happy!! Darren has done a fabulous job for us from start to finish for which we are very grateful! Harcourts was a wonderful estate agent, first they gave us great advise and great information about what was a price range we could accomplish, which is something others didn’t do.
