We live on the Gold Coast & had rental property in Derrimut for approx 8-9 years which in hindsight was being very poorly managed by another RE Agent! After many attempts we finally managed to get the tenant out in March. I travelled down for the final inspection to find the property had been trashed. We decided not to refurbish & relet but to sell. Fortunately I was introduced to Darren Lambert at Harcourts. He was able to recommend & manage a firm who carried out the entire refurbishment. He also assisted with power providers, staging specialists and conveyancors. This was greatly appreciated considering we live on the Gold Coast. I travelled down for just one more day when all the work had been carried out for another inspection before the campaign was loaded online. It was amazing what had been achieved in such a short period time. Darren was responsible for arranging & managing everything!! And now we have an unconditional contract on the property at a price at which we are very very happy!! Darren has done a fabulous job for us from start to finish for which we are very grateful! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Darren & his Team to anyone requiring the services of a Real Estate Agent.

Harcourts was a wonderful estate agent, first they gave us great advise and great information about what was a price range we could accomplish, which is something others didn’t do. They where well informed, confident and knowledgeable. We were kept informed with the progress and what was happening, which was very reassuring. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell as they are true professionals

Cameron has the most in-depth knowledge of the local property market than any other agent we interviewed prior to putting our home on the market. He gave us very helpful advice on how to present the house and set an appropriate price range to help achieve the best possible price. He was frank and honest throughout the whole process and most importantly is very diligent. On top of the weekly open for inspections, Cameron arranged private inspections almost every day to make sure our property got the maximum exposure to potential buyers. With regard to closing the deal, Cameron conducted a very lively and engaging auction, he was supported by his professional team who also contributed in the crowd helping buyers bid. He worked hard to extract every last bid from each and every buyer to get the best possible outcome for us. Cameron is a very competent, skilled and experienced real estate agent with dignity and honesty who always acts in the best interest of the seller, and I would have no hesitation recommending other potential sellers to engage in him to help achieve the best possible result.
