We recently rented a property through Gartland and it was a very pleasant experience. While most agents that we contacted just took our application and then went radio silent until we got an email with a yes/no decision, Gartland kept us updated through the process which was very welcome. They also actually phoned us to discuss the property once we had been approved for rental by the owner in order to discuss important details like lease length and move in date which was great. Another thing we liked was that they made it very clear who at Gartland would be helping with each step of the process which made things even easier, as opposed to some agencies' systems where we constantly ended up speaking to different people, which could quickly become confusing if the correct information was not being passed along internally. Overall we're very happy with the start of our lease with Gartland and hope it continues into the future.

Gartland has been managing my property since I bought it in 2022. If there are any maintenance issues they advise me promptly and organise the appropriate tradespeople. When our tenants gave notice as they needed to move to Melbourne, Gartland efficiently set up an advertising campaign to find new tenants. The process was done in a professional manner and Gartland communicated well with me every step of the way
