We recently relocated to Canada and needed to lease out our home in Australia while we were away, something that felt daunting to manage from the other side of the world. Gartland Property made it completely stress-free from start to finish. Dani Haddon, Emily Reid, and Angie Vandoren were all fantastic to deal with. Communication was outstanding throughout, they kept us updated every step of the way, responded quickly to every question, and made sure we always knew exactly what was happening with our property, even across the time difference. They found us great tenants quickly and handled everything professionally and with genuine care. If you're looking for a property management team you can actually trust to look after your home while you're not around to keep an eye on it yourself, we can't recommend Dani, Emily, and Angie at Gartland Property highly enough.
