Overall the experience was positive and getting approved remarkably easy. It was & still is hard to get hold of our tenant manager and your use of NO REPLY emails is very annoying. If you must use them please let me know how I am supposed to contact/reply to you. Looking forward to a long relationship though

We've recently used Gartland in Geelong to rent a house in the area, and I fully expected it to be like any other dealings with the rentals department at a real estate - non-responsive, can't get in touch with the agents etc, but not these guys. Angie was phenomenal, she's gone above and beyond for me, helping me get the information I needed, sending through videos of the property. Being interstate and unable to get down so fast, she's been a godsend. I would strongly recommend using Gartland for your rental agent needs. 10/10

Gartland are really great at communicating. They do a great job with open houses, and reporting about results. They are too quick to reduce the price in order to sell or rent it. Their inspections are not great. I am a bit more picker in cleanliness than the agent. They are quick to suggest a professional do the job, this is not always a good option and can be expensive. They should review their cleanera etc a bit more.
