My experience when applying for and securing a rental property with Garland has been efficient and easy. The leasing agent and property manager were great to communicate with and made the process seamless and hassle free. I would definitely recommend and go through Gartland for any other property needs in future.

Being a property manager is hard? Or at least you'd think so based on how poorly most people do it. This is NOT the case at Gartland Real Estate. The team there is ABOVE AND BEYOND the standard. My partner and I just secured a rental through Gartland Real Estate. We had found a perfect house in what is now an international rental crisis, and we really needed help to make sure we weren't wasting valuable time. As a mature couple with careers that preclude us chasing all over the countryside, the idea of visiting 25 properties with 30 people at each viewing was not appealing. When we applied we were initially knocked back but I made the move to call and ask for help, and thank goodness I did. Angie Vandoren was my first point of call, and astoundingly she actually took my call, explained why our application had not been successful and workshopped a solution with me to go back to the owners with. This is not the case in the market generally. Most property managers don't care enough to return a call or try and create a solution. NOBODY DOES THIS. Angie genuinely cared enough to go the extra mile to make this a good fit, and because of her intervention we were able to go into negotiations with the owner. Emily Reid was the original listing agent for the property, who had a relationship with the owners and was orchestrating this behind the scenes. When Angie had to take leave, Emily stepped in and made sure everything went off without a hitch and we now have a date to move in and a signed agreement. The relief this brings us is almost inexpressible. Having a team who work together to create a solution is just so wonderful and I can't say thank you enough. I would highly recommend Gartland if you're looking to list, rent, or buy a home. They're really a cut above. Angie and Dani were very easy to deal with and friendly. Application process is simple and quick, ours was processed within 2 days. All the formalities we’re sorted within one week from application. This has been a stress free process which is unusual as a tenant applying for houses. Well done crew, our tenancy is just beginning but can’t fault Gartland so far and I’m looking forward to this continuing.
