Gartland Real Estate really are a breath of fresh air in what can be a very stale industry that is full of promises that are rarely delivered. Gartland’s staff in particular Tamara and Kate are the absolute best at what they do with on time inspections, detailed property assessments and professional advice. Gartland offer great service at very reasonable rates and more than that they never give up no matter what the task or how difficult the market. I cannot rate Gartland higher and recommend them to everyone and look forward to them continuing as our property managers.

Right from the first contact the staff have been first class, caring, helpful, accurate with their details, time and delivery of all that is necessary. One of the most important areas I found the leaped out, was their caring for the PERSON, not the client. The difficulty I had was myself being able to keep up. When they may have been held up by me, they assisted and where there with an answer. Each visit to the Company offices where met with personal care, openness, you knew what was going on. The reception was a happy place to be in. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL STAFF. : There is one area that is standard to all Estate Agencies which I have dealt with is, condition Report. The condition report doesn't match that which I have seen when moving in. Protection of the Landlord is one thing, however tenants would should not be left with the task of being lumped with a mess. The bond must be influenced on those who leave property like that. After twenty years of moving around Australia on postings, the condition report is white glove clean and tidy, NO QUESTION.
