Usually a lease agreement is very straight forward and you get a basic text book welcoming. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Gartland. The lady’s were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They handled everything from my final inspection before settlement and to coordinating cleaning and yard maintenance with the vendors selling agent. They also managed to secure a tenant before settlement which I was thrilled with. I Would highly recommend Gartland to any of my friends and family.
