Helen was welcoming, informative and patient when I first approached her. Throughout the bidding and negotiation process she was patient, straightforward, courteous and efficient, giving me all the information I needed at each stage of the process. I think both vendor and purchaser (myself) have benefited from her professionalism.

Helen listed our investment property for sale & I was immediately encouraged by her knowledge, skill & resourcefulness. I was delighted that Helen was constantly showing the property via open homes & individual viewings. There was constant feedback which was very helpful. Helen sold our villa quickly & expertly, we were thrilled with the result. I would recommend Helen over any other agent!

I still cannot believe that my unit in North/West Hobart sold so fast. Virtually hours after Helen put it on the market. However, since meeting Helen on numerous occasions, initially when I first inspected my new house in Kingston, I am not really all that surprised. Helen from the start has impressed me with her professionalism and extremely sound knowledge of the local real estate market. She is a people person and a straight talker. It is no wonder that she is in the forefront of her profession. Thank you Helen for doing a great job . Bill

Helen and Josh secured the sale of our family home. They were highly professional throughout the process and I would personally recommend them to any one selling or buying a home.

Helen did a good job for us. She is the most hardworking agent that we have worked with. Never fail to arrange inspections, even on public holidays to get our place sold. She kept us posted with the outcome of the inspections right away and her follow up thereafter was excellent. Very reliable. Highly recommended!
