Our Simpson's Bay (Bruny Island) purchase was a very big moment for our family. It's a special property, so we are very excited to make our home here after decades of urban living. Understanding a property like this, and then undertaking the process to becoming its next stewards ('ownership' is such a dodgy concept!), was always going to need patience and care.
