Helen had great commitment and effort when selling our house.

Laureen's approach was a great fit for us. The property we were selling was outside of our immediate local area, and we had limited flexibility to attend meetings or to meet on site. Laureen actioned everything quickly and clearly, and was really helpful in providing regular information, options and updates by text and email. This meant we could keep up to date and were able to manage the sale quickly and smoothly around our existing commitments and work.

As a buyer Helen made things simple, negotiated a sale suitable for both parties and did a little extra work beyond that providing us with some contact numbers for neighbours for our rural block. This was not required for the sale, did involve some legwork from her side and was greatly appreciated by us. Bravo

Helen was an exceptional communicator providing a great conduit between myself and the vendor. No task or question was too small or to big.

Happy how quickly my land sold. Helen also dealt with an issue that I could have been fined Thousands of Dollars for and that was someone was illegally cutting down large trees on my property even though I had not been to my property for almost 10 years. Overall was happy with the service

We were repeat clients of Helen and were not disappointed! Excellent market knowledge, no unrealistic expectations in regard to pricing and extremely accommodating to our requests. A joint effort with associate Belinda Mudge, a great experience all round.

Laureen is a delight to deal with! Her knowledge of the market is second to none and being a Bruny Island resident, assisted us enormously. She is warm, friendly and we trusted her to guide us through our purchase without hesitation. This is our second purchase with Laureen and we were so grateful and relieved that she was the agent representing the vendor second time around. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Laureen again and can’t speak highly enough of her.

Polite enough, communication could be better for the buyer. Some of our time wasted in regards to key pickup and access.

Helen works with a quiet reserve, which, during a stressful time is just what was required. She obviously has extensive knowledge and experience in her field. No brashness or attitude. No arrogance or pressure. We found the perfect new owners. Her market appraisal was spot on. She was always transparent and honest. I can recommend Helen and would use her again in my next venture.

Helen was very helpful throughout the buying process, very useful to me as a first home buyer. Quick to answer any questions or arrange anything I need from the vendor.
