Ross realty has been managing my property for the past two years and I couldn't praise enough for their services in communication and professionalism. The property managers are very easy to talk to and proactive in resolving any issue raised by tenants. I believe my tenants are very happy as well. They understand the rental market and keeping me informed of what my property rental is annually. I signed up for inclusive management package and get five stars service.

Our experience with Ross Realty has been great. Our leasing agent Neda had the property tenanted within 2 days of being on the market, and our property manager Janice has been awesome from organising trades to get the house ready and keeping us in the loop with everything happening at the property. The service has been outstanding so far and we would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the service provided to me as a landlord but in addition from what I can see, the tenants in my property are also treated really well.
