Ross Realty have managed our property for the past 4 years. For the entire duration they have been excellent to deal with in terms on providing advice, knowledge around legislation, need for maintenance and reminders for scheduled maintenance. They have always managed excellent relationships with tenants and understand what is important to an investor / property owner. In an iundustry with high turnover of staff, we have had Ashlee as our Property Manager since the outset. She's fantastic! I recently had a tenant break a lease, I must say I was disappointed as the tenants originally recommended by Ross Realty were awesome and had been there for quite a while. The property was advertised and new tenants were found very quickly. The process was seamless. I am very happy with the way tha staff at Ross Realty handled the process...very professional.
