I have only had my recent investment property for the last few years, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I had a run of maintenance issues and tenant changeovers all at once - but my agent handled everything from liaising with the insurance company, contractors and all the while placing new tenants. As a busy full time worker with extracurricular activities and a family, I cannot emphasise the peace of mind this brings. My previous agent did none of this and as a result it took me nearly 8 years to get another investment property.
