I have only had my recent investment property for the last few years, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I had a run of maintenance issues and tenant changeovers all at once - but my agent handled everything from liaising with the insurance company, contractors and all the while placing new tenants. As a busy full time worker with extracurricular activities and a family, I cannot emphasise the peace of mind this brings. My previous agent did none of this and as a result it took me nearly 8 years to get another investment property. My agent has taken on the complete burden of handling my property and the tenants while leaving me to get on with juggling my other responsibilities. Thankyou!
