I have just renew my lease with Harcourt Ross realty. They get me new tenants in just a week. I have a little hiccup with the property manager previously seems to be really laybacks on any reply of my emails as to follow up with the routines inspection. Garden was neglected and the cleaning for the end of the leasing was poorly done. But other than that seems ok.
