Paul was the 4th agent that I met with after a recommendation from a good friend and am I glad that did! Right from the first moment I spoke to Paul, I felt confident that he was an expert in the industry but most importantly specifically in our area. We were in a high pressure 'subject to sale' situation, but we did not want to sell our home for less than what it was worth. Paul was realistic at every step, not inflating numbers to get the sale. Did he do what he said he would - yes. Did we get what we wanted for our home (in a buyers market) - yes, even more, which is why we were so blown away. How many agents are doing that (and in less than a month)? I highly doubt there are many, if any. If you choose Paul and his team, you will be in good hands - trust him to get his job done and you will be happy that you did.
