Having used Paul in the past for another successful sale,we asked Paul to help us sell this property. Straight away we were comfortable in putting the property in Paul's hands. He offered us some recommendations for preparing for the sale and then it was left in his capable hands. We held home opens across 3 weekends with a full report on who came through,comments made both positive and negative and his thoughts sent every Monday morning.
