Paul is by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with! My house was under offer within 3 days of the first weekend home opens, achieving the price I wanted in the current buyers market. His advice and guidance from before listing through to the settlement was what made all the difference. Paul took all the stress out of selling my home and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much Paul

Times seemed to have certainly changed in real estate sales...your house is sold at lowest price possible, no acknowledgment, no thanks, there for the buyer not the seller, commission taken, see you later and goodbye!! General attitude no cares, who cares...what a shame!! đŸ˜• Haven't heard from Nigel in 4 days house settled 2 days ago!! Disappointed!!

Hi, found nigel to be a straightshooter when selling my property and has the acknowledgment from the public to follow his sellings...done well!!

In a market with loads of houses available and a low in housing prices, Nigel managed to sell our house for us in just two weeks and also for a price we were pretty happy with. Nigel made the process simple and has excellent contacts for the follow on for example a Settlement Agent.

Very efficient. Follows up on all aspects of the purchase. A pleasure to deal with. I have purchased at least 8 properties in and around Perth and he is the best agent I have dealt with.
