I ran into Socorro literally by accident. Lucky for me. There was a car accident outside my house involving a staff member from her office. I went out to see if I could help and mentioned that I was considering selling my house. It was as simple as that, all of a sudden there she was at my house with another member of her team, telling me exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks Soc for taking the property's video and sending it to us. Soc also is very helpful. We are in Sydney and it is hard to buy a property interstate especially that this was our first property investment.
