I would not recommend this Real Estate Agency. Not a great experience. David Murray, PA to the two agents was fantastic. David showed me through the property personally twice and for the final inspection. Very happy, helpful and friendly. Once my offer was accepted I received an email with dates for finance and settlement along with a copy of the offer. The information was incorrect. I phoned the agency to point out the errors and was sent another email with one correction and the others were wrong. Not good with attention to detail, not good for something so important. I asked several times for information that I was told would be sent to me and never was. I have been in my new home now for just over two weeks and the For Sale sign is still up with the under offer sticker out the front. I recently sold my home with an amazingly professional and experience agent Realty Lane is a long way from that. Jenny Manners

The production of the advertising materials including video was excellent and it all went to plan as expected.
