We first met Grant through a “Cold Call” from him in May 2023 inquiring if the property would be available for sale. We were looking to sell, & the partnership commenced from there. We did look at other agents, but Grant impressed us with his straightforward, honest, no “nonsense” approach. & Grant has an excellent sense of humour, which makes “working” with him all the more comfortable & pleasant. Throughout the campaign Grant, Ben & the Guardian team kept us constantly up to date with the progress. Grant’s knowledge became very evident as we drew closer to Auction Day. Grant had been giving us revised valuations on the property, based on purchaser interest. His final Value range was extremely close to the value range provided a couple of days pre-auction by an independent valuer. Grant & Ben’s, strategic marketing resulted in our Solicitor commenting that he had never seen so many contract inquiries from prospective buyers (through their solicitor’s) in his entire career (some 30+ years). Grant’s advice, guidance & help with Ben’s support & the efforts of the (excellent) auctioneer, contributed to us achieving a sale result, which well exceeded our expectations.
