We recently purchased a property at Auction that was sold by Grant. Since we saw the property the day before the auction, Grant ensured that we had an opportunity for a private viewing of said property before auction day. Grant highlighted all the features of the home, the location and value of the home. Grant worked hard to liaise with the vendor regarding our settlement date and get them approved prior to the auction. I would definitely consider him for selling my property as he works hard for the vendor in getting a price above market value for the vendor.
