Simon provided fair valuation with plenty of information about how and why the expected sale price was achievable. He spent time to listen (so rare these days) and understand questions and suggestions from us as vendors. His focus was not to pre-empt the buyer (developer, renovator, new family) but to look for a buyer that could truly see the potential of the property being offered.
