We had multiple agents view our home ahead of placing it on the market and received mixed feedback on the value of the property and what preparation should be done prior to going on the market. There was the usual over inflation of prices where they work to get you excited about what price you may get, along with recommendations of hiring furniture and stylists for photos of the property. Aaron and Grant were honest from the start about what they believed the property was worth (less than I had come to hope for) but in a declining market they were able to close the sale almost spot on to their initial evaluation. The feedback received after open homes was quick, clear and concise and they put up with my roller-coaster of emotions with grace. I would hesitate to recommend Aaron and Guardian Realty for any property sale or purchase you are undertaking in the Hills District.
