Brad has been a wanderful agent to sell my house with. He assisted me with buying my first investment property and then helped me sell it when it was time. He was very knowledgeable about the market and spent lots of time talking me through the best avenues for me personally. He was exceptional with managing my tenants leading up to the sale and he targeted the interested buyers quickly to find the best offer I was looking for. His presence in person was authoritative, warm and genuinely humble - unlike many of the ego-maniacs in the realestate industry. Makenzy went above and beyond at every step. Even after the sale when he could have just ghosted us. This incredible service allowed us to achieve an exceptional price. Most realestate agents will have 1x open home per week. Makenzy had MULTIPLE open homes each week and then private viewings as well. This gave us a massive competitive edge which resulted in a better and quicker sale. It was the small gestures that made all the difference too - delivering us new packing boxes was totally unexpected. Such a nice touch and showed that he genuinely is invested in his clients. A very well known competing agent was selling a property 3 houses away and Makenzy aced that agent and the price he was able to achieve for them by ~10%.
