Highland were superb at getting me into an expensive rental property, but the moment the contract was signed they went AWOL. When the property needed urgent maintenance, they went underground. Unreturned emails, unreturned phonecalls, and not for insignificant repairs. I'm talking gaping big holes that developed in hallways when the floor gave way. At least eight separate issues that were ignored for weeks on end. Cannot recommend.
