I have had a great experience in dealing with Highland, in particular Keira Gardner. She has been more than helpful in assisting me with my accommodation needs and answered all my queries whilst putting me at ease. She's a credit to the business!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with the Business Development Team (Blake & Megan) supported by the Leasing team (Jaryd). I don't think you will find a more efficient and professional agency that have the processes and infrastructure in place to support the process of leasing out your property. Communication was frequent and professional, receiving reports immediately after inspection detailing the level of enquiry and interested parties feedback. Applications were provided with enough information for you to make a sound decision on leasing out your investment to the best possible applicant. Unit listed on Thursday and was successfully leased by Monday, with no loss of income. We look forward to working with Highlands and our Property Agents.

I would like to thank the team at Highland Cronulla. Whilst trying to obtain suitable rental accommodation I experienced a lack of care and professionalism from some of the other agencies in the Cronulla area. Not so with Highland. The whole process has been very good and I would highly recommend them.

Louise Brown was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable regarding the properties I viewed. Louise was helpful in providing me information and helping me throughout the process of applying for my property. I would highly recommended Louise as a future property agent.

Blake, I just want to say a BIG thank you for all your help throughout this entire process. As you know, we didn't get off to the best start on our leasing journey! We felt out of our depth and lacking the necessary advice from the previous agency. However, from the moment I spoke with you, your confident & professional approach gave me confidence that you & your team would be able to help us & deliver the required result - which you certainly have! You provided me with detailed knowledge of the current market as well as an understanding of leasing processes. You were always available to take my calls and provide honest advice as required to help me to make informed decisions. You made this process so much easier for us! Thank YOU!! Megan & Lachlan, thank you both also for your honest, quick & efficient responses over these last few weeks. I really appreciate all your feedback & assistance! I felt at ease throughout the entire process with each member of your team & I cant thank you all enough!! I will be highly recommending Highland Property!! Thank you all again, Aimee

We applied for one of the properties they advertised, then someone else got it. But they arranged for us to view another property which fits our requirements and we loved it. Props to Keira for being proactive and going the extra mile to help her clients :)

Over the years I have had several women from Hyland's handle our own properties and that of my Church, St Philip's Caringbah. My son used Hyland when he was overseas for 4 years. The women who I have met and with whom I had dealings were all excellent. The last person Tyne Curcuruto is no exception to the quality of those with whom I have had contact. Tyne recently has been very diligent in maintaining contact and ensuring our residences are inspected and reports forwarded to me. These reports are first class, supported by photos and very informative. Her recent attention to the finalisation of a church rental property and releasing it at 12 Combara Ave, CARINGBAH, was handled efficiently and with results that exceeded our expectations. We are indeed indebted to her for her diligence, perseverance and attention to detail. I commend her to management as an excellent employee.
