Initial work to secure the property was great. However there was no real confirmation of who the property manager was. Communication with agent is not great and there has been more than one instance where we have had to call the office to ask for the agent to reply to various emails however we are consistently told he is not available. This needs to be rectified going forwards as the line of communication to your agent is one way.
