Me and my boyfriend applied for a property that unfortunately we didn’t get and Silvia looked after us and find us another unit in the same house that we love even more, she was patient, answered to all our questions, she went beyond to make sure we could get the house and made everything so simple.Can’t recommended Silvia enough and her agency, will be happy to suggest it to all our friends and if we will ever need I’ll go with them again for sure. Silvia’s assistance and highland cronulla would definitely recommend if you’re a landlord looking for an agent!

Brad and Amy from Highland were extremely professional in letting out my property in Bondi. Brad was constantly either on the phone or emailing me with updates on prospective tenants and was very thorough in doing background checks and checking references on applicants. I was extremely pleased with the result that they achieved in letting out my property. I would highly recommend Highland properties as managing agents.

We applied for two properties with highland and Cody was simply amazing. We were approved for one that wasn’t our favourite - the kitchen was a bit too small and we weren’t sure if our fridge would fit. Cody met up with my dad as we did not live in the area so he could help us measure out the space for our fridge. The space ended up being too small and we were still waiting on whether we were accepted for the other property. Cody managed to get us approved for the other property after we expressed our concerns regarding the fridge space. We are so grateful for Cody’s assistance and would definitely recommend highland cronulla if you’re a landlord looking for an agent!

This is my first rental property and Cody and his Team from Highland made it very seamless and stress-free. Cody was most friendly, informative and very professional which made the process of applying and moving in very pleasant. Changed agents in November, everything seemed to be taken care of. Found a new tenant after a few weeks. In the new year, I received emails about maintenance for another property. It took two emails and then a call to say they have the wrong Landlord. Despite filling out all the forms for Highland to pay my outgoings, nothing was paid. It wasn't until my previous agent contacted I realised. No account had been transferred. I paid all my overdue outgoings and sent emails to my agent with the details. Despite receiving an email acknowledging this, the agent paid them again the next month. I also received request for $99 to check fire alarms and $99 to check water meter. I declined, as this does not apply to my tenant. I believe Highland does manage another property in the building, so I thought they would know the Body Corporate checks all this. My first tenant only lasted 5 months but Highland were able to find a new tenant quickly. They do respond to emails quickly and are always polite in conversations over the phone. I think there is a lack of communication between departments. Not sure why I have been asked to write a review for Highland Cronulla as I thought I was with Double Bay?
